How To Book

Speyside Wildlife Holidays
All Speyside Wildlife holidays are available to book online, with the added advantage of a 5% online booking discount off the price of the holiday. Simply select the holiday you would like to join us on from the All Holidays page, or from our Scotland and World maps. Once on the holiday details page, click the Dates and Booking link, click the Book Now link for the dates you would like and follow the instructions. (Please note that if no spaces are availalble on a Speyside Wildlife holiday the Book Now link will not appear.)

Alternatively you can download and print a booking form below send it to us straight away. We would however recommend that you call or email the Speyside Wildlife office to reserve the space for you until we receive your completed form.

Day Trips
We are currently putting together a selection of Speyside Wildlife Day Trip itineraries which will be available to book online, however in the meantime please contact the Speyside Wildlife office on 01479 812498 or on enquiries@speysidewildlife.co.uk and we'll be delighted to discuss your requirements with you.

Hide
Evening Wildlife Watching at Speyside Wildlife's hide is available to book online. Simply go to our Hides page, click on the Dates and Booking link and follow the onscreen instructions.

Ways to Pay
You can pay for your Speyside Wildlife experience by any of the following methods:

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to Speyside Wildlife and sent to: Speyside Wildlife, Garden Office, Inverdruie House, Inverdruie, Aviemore, PH22 1QH

PayPal
When booking online you will be forwarded to the secure PayPal website to make your payment. Simply follow the instructions onscreen. Even if you’re not booking online you can pay by credit/debit card via PayPal. Just contact the Speyside Wildlife office and then follow the instructions on the payment request that we will email to you. Please note that if you envisage spending over £1000 (in total) on PayPal you will need to go through the PayPal verification process. Although this can be a fairly lengthy procedure, it can be completed at any time once your PayPal account has been set up and only needs to be carried out once.

Credit/Debit Card
Speyside Wildlife can take credit/debit card payments over the phone. Please note that due to bank charges we must levy a 2% fee for this service.

Bank Transfer
You can pay directly into Speyside Wildlife’s bank account via a bank transfer. Details can be found on any Speyside Wildlife booking form or via the online booking system.


CAIRNGORMS NATIONAL PARK BRAND - Increasing quality whilst reducing impact

As part of our commitment to our customers and our customer service promise "to deliver outstanding wildlife experiences where you are always treated as an individual and not one of a crowd", we went through the rigorous Hospitality Assured assessment in respect of our customer care and were delighted to achieve the award. It is the only standard within the Hospitality industry that focuses on the customer experience. The assessment will be ongoing giving you assurance that we shall always strive to improve the way we do things.


VISIT SCOTLAND - Quality Assurance Scheme - Wildlife Experience

Speyside Wildlife is one of 40 wildlife businesses to be assessed under Visit Scotland's pilot scheme for Wildlife Experiences achieving 3 Star status for our day tours. Watch out for the designation throughout Scotland. We were delighted to receive our letter of confirmation from Visit Scotland so thought we'd share some of it with you here, ''Thank you for participating in the pilot of the new Wildlife Experience Designator within our Quality Assurance Scheme for visitor attractions. Your feedback and contribution to the introduction of this new development has been invaluable and we would like to welcome you as a new member of the Quality Assurance Grading Scheme.


WILD SCOTLAND - Scotland's Wildlife Tourism Association

Wild Scotland is Scotland's Wildlife and Nature-based Tour Operators' Association - a group of wildlife professionals who are all committed to delivering a first class wildlife-watching experience to their guests. Members provide a wide range of wildlife attractions and holidays throughout Scotland from birdwatching to whale-watching and from boat trips to land safaris. We have been involved in the association from its conception and have worked with Visit Scotland on the new accreditation scheme for the industry.


ATOL PROTECTED

The air holidays and flights are ATOL Protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 4259. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
