Updated 23.03.2020

Because we know so many of you so well, we know we shall be repeating this a lot in the coming days, but thank you again for your patience, fortitude, good humour and assistance, whilst we continue to work through this period and ensure that as soon as it’s safe, we shall resume running the holidays you all love so much.

If you are confined to home, I hope the videos our guides have been posting each day from dawn chorus to dusk rustlings, have brought a smile. From your lovely comments on Facebook, it appears to be so. We shall keep going with these on a daily basis, but do share yours with all of us.

With our guests and guides safely back in the UK from aborted or amended holidays, we continue to communicate with those who have holidays booked with us in the near future. We shall continue to get in touch and are taking each holiday chronologically to contact guests as appropriate. Whilst we are very happy to answer any queries, I know you will understand that we would prefer those queries by email, so that we can answer them as efficiently as possible.

You know that your monies are protected under our Package Travel Regulations regime and through your own travel insurance. We are looking at all options available to allow holidays to proceed if possible, but you’ll know that the situation is changing daily and advice given that was valid last week, may have altered by now. In these unprecedented times we are following all Govt and health advice as it unfolds.

Thank you very much to all of you who have sent personal messages of support and gratitude over the last few days. We know you are aware how hard everyone is working to ensure a sensible conclusion to all possible outcomes and your kind words have been much appreciated.
