| 1 | These Terms and Conditions have been amended temporarily whilst we deliver our day guiding experiences to guests in line with the regulations and restrictions in place due to Covid-19. We shall review these and the day out experience, as necessary, whilst these restrictions remain in place. |
| 2 | A booking is made once payment has been received and confirmation provided by Speyside Wildlife. The meeting point place and time will be agreed with your guide when they make contact with you two or three days prior to your day out. |
| 3 | Full payment is due at time of booking and is non-refundable should guests cancel all or part of the booking. Any transfer of bookings between days is at the discretion of Speyside Wildlife. |
| 4 | Your guide will tailor the day out to take account of weather, time of year, safety and fitness of the guests and any other criteria they deem important, to ensure they maximise your enjoyment of the day and the species you may wish to see. |
| 5 | Participation in the activity is at the guests own risk. Speyside Wildlife cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury sustained during the visit, so optional insurance contact details are given with the confirmation. |
| 6 | If a guest exhibits Covid-19 symptoms within 14 days of their experience they must inform Speyside Wildlife by telephone – 01479 812498 or by email – enquiries@speysidewildlife.co.uk |
| 7 | Should Speyside Wildlife have cause to cancel the day due to circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be given, or a voucher for a free subsequent visit, whichever the guest wishes. |
