Darren meets Parky

News has just reached us that Sir Michael Parkinson has come out of retirement to interview our guide, Darren Rees, and quiz him about art, life and messing about leading tours for Speyside.

Darren is pictured here with Parky and David Shepherd at the 2009 Wildlife Artist of the Year Awards. Darren was a winner with his leaf-cutter ant mixed media piece – so that’s what he gets up to when leading tours to Ecuador. He also confesses that his daughter Sophie helped him with the fiddly bits.
