No, Darren hasn’t been searching for the post of head gardener at his Stirlingshire estate - he’s been winning more awards for his paintings!
He was a category winner in the 2008 Wildlife Artist of the Year Awards with his beautiful painting of a polar bear dwarfed by a Spitsbergen glacier, and received his pat on the back from Alan Titchmarsh at the Mall Galleries, London. So those of you with original Rees’s have a sound investment – the rest of you should get them now while they are still affordable!
Darren will be at the bird fair this year and you can catch up with him at the Speyside Wildlife stand or in the art marquee.
