About Speyside Wildlife

We can’t believe that we have now been running holidays here in Speyside, in the heart of the highlands, for 20 years - and some of you have been coming on our Speyside Wildlife holidays right from the start! We love it here and know exactly where to show you the fabulous wildlife of Scotland but we also know that there is much more to a great Speyside Wildlife holiday than that. We find a group size of around 12 people creates a great atmosphere and with two guides we can really get to know everyone, especially as at the Steading we all eat together around our big dining room table. Our guides’ The enthusiasm of a Speyside Wildlife guide is infectious and whether you are a beginner or more experienced, young or old, we are happy to take time so you can enjoy the wildlife to the full. Our Speyside Wildlife’s dedicated office team make sure everything runs smoothly before you arrive and our expert chefs at the Steading often get more praise than the wildlife, and can tailor the meals to your needs should you have any specific requirements. Our Speyside Wildlife’s baited hide provides the chance of seeing wild Pine Martens and Badgers up close and through the year we vary our itineraries to make the most of what wildlife is to be found at that time of year, which also gives you the chance to enjoy something different each time you come.

We think you will love every minute of your Speyside Wildlife holiday in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, you couldn’t be better placed for fantastic wildlife right on the doorstep, but if you have been here before and would like to try somewhere new, have a look at our trips further afield in Scotland. Don’t forget you can join Speyside Wildlife overseas too – you’ll be amazed where we get to!
